Nice venue, with clean pool and good location to Pompeii ruins. Location short walk to a good establishment, and the center. Simply nothing to complain about, very pleasant stay...

Hotel is located between Rome to Livorno/Pisa railway and road but sound insulation in hotel is excellent. Can't hear road noise or train sound in your room. Need a car as very little is within walking distance. Hotel is conveniently located near Talamone, Orbetello and Monte Argentario. Pool is great but not fenced and may be too deep for very small children Rooms are clean with air con and some have a small kitchen area with Fridge. Other clients were Italian families with small children
Choice of Breakfast - typical contintental (and with excellent home made apple/lemon cake) but no fruit offered (although other Italian hotels were similar in offering no fruit for breakfast).

The employee are extremely friendly, the hotel is very clean, small but super cozy and cute.Very cheap compared to other hotels who provide less services. Employees also speak good English and unlike other Italian hotel were people could hardly understand you.
Nothing, I really enjoyed my stay

I absolutely adored the charming vintage decor of the hotel, it brought back sweet memories of my younger days. The general areas, such as the reception and lounge, were comfortable and cozy. As a senior woman, I truly appreciate the hotel's accessibility. The hotel provided ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to move around with ease. It was such a relief for my weary joints!
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be for the children working there to provide a bit more personalized service. While they were polite, a warmer and friendlier demeanor would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

It was good value for money and room was fine. The only thing it needs is a small bar fridge - there is nothing to keep drinks or anything cold if you have your own supplies. Location ok so long as you have a car - not good if you don't cause you can't wal to anything it is too far. Pool area is good too especially for small hotel
The breakfast was terrible

They had very clean grounds and a beautiful pool area.
This hotel is not in a great location and the rooms were dark and outdated. I had several hairs left in my bathroom which is gross and unnecessary.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to travel to different places. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The parking area was covered, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.
Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel was a great place to stop on our way from Rome to the northern coast of Italy. Although situated just off the highway, we did not hear any noise! The room was clean, large and comfortable. Due to a flight delay, we arrived late and phoned ahead to ask what to do. The owner was very nice about waiting for us and letting us into our room after hours.
